separate sinks rainfall shower convenient counter
The room had two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was available in the bathroom. The hotel offers a counter to book day trips, very convenient. I also appreciated the availability of taxis right outside the hotel entrance.

central location lovely view abundant buffet
i had an very nice time! the location is fantastic, right near everything. my room was upgraded, and it offered a lovely view. the breakfast buffet was abundant, with a wide variety of delicious options!
the gym, although adequate, could benefit from updated equipment. some machines showed signs of wear and tear.

amazing location french restaurant great seating
the location is amazing close to Dubai mall burj khalifa and the water canal. i enjoyed the breakfast at the french restaurant on the ground floor. the seating both indoors and outdoors overlooking the canal was also great.

i stayed here for three nights. the room had good amenities. the hotel design is modern and stylish. housekeeping kept my room super clean.
breakfast had limited options. it did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level.

Average stay. Some issues noticed
The location proved convenient enough for my needs.
The check-in process was quite slow. It took around 30 minutes. The air conditioning in my room struggled to keep up with the heat.. I found it quite uncomfortable.

The pool receives sunlight for most of the day. While a shuttle service hasn't been officially launched, there is public bus access from Mall of the Emirates that stops nearby. What is the procedure for upgrading to the Club Lounge, and is that option currently available?
